Membership Holds

Please note we request a minimum of one (1) week written notice on all holds. You will get an email confirmation once received.

Where possible, giving as much notices as you can will help out your coach to plan your training schedule around your time away.

For every six (6) month period, you are allocated a maximum of a two (2) week hold period. This will extend the minimum initial time commitment by the period of time your membership is on hold. These terms are as per the your membership contract which you can find through the member portal here.
