Schedule for MFP Gym including time slots for Senior & Youth Athletes from 6:30am to 8:30am and 4pm to 7:30pm, Junior Athletes from 4:30pm to 5:30pm; open gym from 12:30pm to 4pm on weekdays; Saturday sessions for Senior & Youth Athletes in the morning and Junior Athletes in the late morning.
