  1. Initial 1:1 with either our Sports Physiotherapist or Specialist Rehab Coaches

    • We take a detailed injury and performance history to find out exactly where you are in your rehab journey

  2. Comprehensive Injury Assessment Testing

    • Using the latest research and technology, we will take you through a thorough injury assessment to identify exactly where you are in your rehab journey and allow us to develop an action plan to build upon

  3. All Inclusive Rehab/Physiotherapy and performance training

    • Ease of mind with all of your physiotherapy AND performance training needs catered for in ONE program, with coaches & physios collaborating across your entire programming

  4. Personalised Athlete Management

    • Ongoing support from our whole rehab and performance team to get you back to your sport as quickly and safely as possible

MFP Athlete: Sophie Reid, Professional Cricketer

Through our Return 2 Performance Program Sophie successfully rehabilitated a Ruptured Hamstring following surgical repair over the course of 12 months with our R2P team. Sophie has since gone on to sign with the Victorian Women’s Cricket Team & the Melbourne Stars WBBL franchise after a full recovery.

why rehab 2 performance model?

We believe that the traditional rehab model is broken. This is not us having a dig at allied health professionals in any way, it’s just the reality that within a 30-45 minute consultation that an assessment, treatment and the necessary training can’t all be completed to get you back to performing at the best level possible.

NOT to mention the frustration you must feel with the lack of communication between your rehab professional and your strength and conditioning coach which ultimately leads to you taking the risk of getting back in the game underprepared or stuck in no man’s land.

We use athletic performance training systems combined with rehabilitation strategies to guide an athlete in rediscovering their athletic normal and facilitate a return to performance. 

Our Rehab 2 Performance - Injury Rehabilitation Program is led by sport physiotherapists & exercise physiologists who know what it takes at the elite level and are now bringing their expertise back to the private world. This program utilises exercise-based rehabilitation that bridges that gap between basic rehab and a return to optimal performance in your sport of choice.

We assess your current function and put in place a comprehensive, individualised program that will not only help you return to optimal performance or function, but allow you to train to the best of your ability and drastically reduce the chances of your existing injury recurring.
